Meeting called to order at 7:34 Robin motioned and Ron seconds to approve the minutes of the last meeting. All approve Attendees: Robin Hodge, Roy Oliver, Mike Busickio, Andrea Nevitt, Nikki Sinutko, Ron Huerth, Tommy Luna, Brandie Mitchem, Eddie Montano, Shannon Adams, Mike Lucente & Jon Concepcion

Ron motions for Nikki Sinutko to be the new Player Agent for T-Ball and Machine Pitch. Shannon seconds. All approve Local Rules: Discussion about changing Machine Pitch rules from 4 pitches off machine to 3. Player then will have opportunity to swing twice off the tee. Discussion about Catcher and Pitcher counts. Ron will send out update with local rule changes. Current Managers

Managers Still Needed: o T-Ball- 5 o Machine Pitch- 2 o Farm- 1 o Juniors-1 Robin motions and Ron seconds to hold tournament for USSA on Jan. 15th at the field. All approve Dicks Day is on Sunday January 21st. Player evaluations are this weekend Jan. 13th and 14th. Robin, Ron and Tommy will evaluate players. Ron and Tommy will set up fields at 8:00, Shannon and Andrea will work the registration table on Sat. and Nikki and Andrea will work registration on Sun. The following will help with tryouts on Saturday: o Throwing: Farm- Ron Huerth
