CLINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MARCH 29, 2017 / 5:00 P.M. / ADMINISTRATION BOARD ROOM #5816 MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER Ms. Sherrin Richardson, Board Vice President, called the special meeting of the Clinton School Board to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. RECOGNITION OF QUORUM Members present: Mr. Tim Barnes, Mr. Terry Drew, Ms. Darla McJunkins, Ms. Sherrin Richardson, and Dr. Kyle Hensley. Members absent: Mr. Kirk Pryor and Mr. Jeff Wyborny. 3. RESOLUTION Ms. Darla McJunkins offered a motion to adopt the Resolution to purchase approximately 2.6 acres of land adjoining the District from Mr. Billy Brazear, a district employee, at a total cost of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Sixty Cents ($10,636.60) which includes all closing costs. Mr. Terry Drew seconded the motion and it passed with a vote of 5 – 0. 4. ADJOURNMENT With nothing further to discuss, Mr. Tim Barnes made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Darla McJunkins seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m. after a vote of 5 – 0.
