Cost of Post registration will be reimbursed on presentation of receipt to Club Treasurer. All motions for A.G.M. must also be submitted in writing and must also be returned by registered post on OR before 5pm on Friday 28th November to the same address above. On Receipt of Nominations and Motions, they will be posted on the Club notice board weekend of Friday 28th November. Reports and Financial Statements will be available on the night of A.G.M.
