Kildare W91 AX81 www.naasrugby.com JUNIOR SECTION – U07 TO U18 ONLY It is necessary for Naas RFC (“the Club”) to collect and record certain personal data relating to each member, including the member’s name, address, telephone number and date of birth. The data about each member shall be provided to the IRFU, the relevant Branch and other third parties to facilitate any services provided relating to the Irish Rugby Football Union’s Player Registration Programme Website (the “Website”) and published on the Website. It is the IRFU that controls any data provided. The system will be used for management and administration purposes only. Any party receiving the information shall not use it for commercial purposes or release it to any party without prior approval. The Club wishes to ensure that each of its members (for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation) explicitly and unambiguously consents to the processing of personal data by the Club in conjunction with its ordinary business. Therefore, the member should confirm the following: I consent to the use of my details as set out above and for such purposes as the IRFU considers reasonable and appropriate (including those activities detailed above). JUNIOR SECTION CODE OF CONDUCT
Smoking is not allowed on any part of the Club Grounds or while representing the Club.
The consumption of Alcohol on the Club Grounds or while representing the Club will not be tolerated.
Drug or substance abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
The use of abusive language or attitude to other players, fellow members, coaches or match officials will not tolerated.
Bullying, unruly or disruptive behaviour by members will not be tolerated.
When representing the Club, at any level, players are expected to wear the Club Colours as set out in the Club Constitution i.e. Green and white Jersey, black shorts and green socks.
Damage to Club Property will not be tolerated. Serious breaches of this rule may lead to action on the part of the club for repair or replacement of the damaged property. This also applies to damage done while representing the Club at away matches.
Any breaches of the Code of Conduct will result in appropriate action being taken against the Offender, which could include suspension or expulsion from the Club.
I have read and understand the Code of Conduct and I agree to abide by the Club Rules.
