NCJLA U13Br Festival The NCJLA Boys Division U13Br Festival will be held on May 17th, 2015 at Treasure Island RAIN or SHINE but games are subject to postponement or cancellation if there is lightning present (Safety first). There will be a NCJLA table between Fields A and B. All teams need to check in at the table 45 minutes prior to game time. This is a mandatory check in.

NO DOGS ALLOWED California Civ. Code 54.2 requires service dogs to have visibly present, county-issued tags. If your service animal doesn’t have tags, it isn’t allowed at the tournament. No exceptions! Please communicate to your parents that they will be asked to leave if they have a dog. FORMAT: U13Br Festival. Each team will play 2 games. Two 20 Minute Halves Running Clock 5 minute halftime One 2 min timeout per half, per team (clock stops) Each field keeps own time (timer at the table) All scores must be reported to the NCJLA table by the winning coach immediately following the game.

NCJLA will supply: The NCJLA will have a table, two chairs and all table items: timers, horn, score placard, score sheets and pens/pencils. Every team needs to bring or supply: • Printed team roster.

• Balls - Each team should bring 5 balls to be used for each game. Each team will

put 4 balls on their defensive end line and give one ball to the referee. At the end of the game each team should collect their balls. • Contrasting jerseys. The “home” team will be responsible for wearing a contrasting color. • First aid kit with ice packs. • Trash bags for your team’s trash. Remember we are all guests and need to make sure the venues are clean after each game. Check-in – There will be a registration table near the entrance to the field. Only ONE representative, e.g. coach or team manager from each team should go the registration table at least 45 minutes before the game. Registration – The registrar will note your team’s presence and indicate which field and verify the time team is scheduled to play its first game. Score table – One volunteer from each team must report to the score table at least 5 minutes before the scheduled game. One volunteer will keep score and the other volunteer will run the clock and horn. DOGS. NO DOGS ALLOWED Treasure Island is located at the midpoint of the Bay Bridge, Hwy 80 in between SF and Oakland. Once on the island you’ll pass a guard shack, continue straight and turn right on California and proceed to Avenue H. Field C & D will be the first two fields on the left, on the corner of California and Avenue H. For Fields A & B, take a left on Avenue H and go straight until you run into them. Premiere parking is available near Vendor Alley for $10, and self-parking is available on the street. If you continue down Avenue H you will run into our Vendor Alley, and the NCJLA information table. Vendor alley is located between fields A and B, and has lots of fun and food for players and families.

SAFETY: As is the case wherever you go, be sure to not leave valuables visible in your car. Be aware of your surroundings. Do not leave younger children unattended at the little play structure/park behind field A.
