PRINCIPALS MONTH — Superintendent Luke Allison recognized Elementary Principal Tera Phillips and MS/HS Principal Teddy Clevenger at the NISD School Board Meeting on Monday Night for Principals Month.

NEW TEACHERS/COACHES — Cassi Gartman, Justin Gartman, Clay Todd, and Jonathan Saldana were recognized at the school board meeting on Monday night as new teachers and coaches at NISD.
Cannon Kortis is a 2nd grader. He works hard, challenges himself to make his best better each and every day. He also encourages his classmates to do their best. Ale del Bosque is a freshman this year. She is a member of the National Junior Honor Society, FFA, Yearbook, and Band. She is a hard worker who manages her time well, is Ale del Bosque & Mr. Clevenger
well behaved and always willing to help other students.
BEST SEAT — Kenli Allison (right) won the best seat in the house raffle. Her friend, Riley de la Garza, got to enjoy the seats and a pizza as well.
DIG PINK — The Lady Panthers sell items to raise money to go towards their annual service project. The Lady Panthers raised over $1,000 again this year.
DIG PINK — Parents sell cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and cakes to help the Lady Panthers raise money at their Dig Pink game Tuesday.

PRESENTATION — Hayden Biddle presented a FFA presentation at Region 6 in Huntsville on Tuesday.
4-H — Justin Vann, Gatlynn Johnson, Nathan Barrett, and Travis Barrett competed in the State Fair Livestock Judging Contest on Tuesday.
FFA/FCCLA AT STATE FAIR — Normangee FFA and FCCLA enjoyed the Ag Awareness Day at the State Fair of Texas on Tuesday, October 10th. Members also collected can goods for a food drive for the State Fair.
STATE HONOR — Haley Holdridge receives a state honor award for serving as a state FCCLA Officer. She is serving at the VP of Peer Involvement this year.
1ST PLACE — The Senior Chapter Conducting Team took 1st Place SR Team at Prairie View A&M on Thursday in the Leadership Development Events. Team members include Hayden Biddle, Audrey Acord, Sam Merkel, Nathan Neel, Becky Bouldin, Hannah Martin, Nathan Barrett, Emma Pickering, and Ethan de la Garza. (Not pictured Gatlynn Johnson.)
