NPP CRICKET WHEREABOUTS UPDATING OPTIONS - PLAYER The cricket whereabouts information you provide to the ICC must at all times be accurate and sufficiently detailed to enable ICC to locate you for drug testing. At the time you originally submitted your monthly domestic cricket whereabouts information to the ICC, you may not have known what each of your relevant team activities were going to be for each day during the month or, alternatively, your plans may have changed. In these circumstances, you are required to update your NPP cricket whereabouts information with the ICC so that the information held by the ICC is once again accurate and complete. Updates to your whereabouts must be received by the ICC prior to the date and time of the cricket whereabouts information that you are updating or changing.
A. WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO UPDATE MY CRICKET WHEREABOUTS INFORMATION? You can update your NPP cricket whereabouts information in either of the following ways: 1. Multiple and non-urgent updates using the NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form: a. E-mail b. Fax 2. Single – urgent updates: a. E-mail b. SMS B. HOW DO I SUBMIT MULTIPLE AND NON-URGENT CRICKET WHEREABOUTS UPDATES? Step 1 - Complete the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’ If you have one or more non-urgent cricket whereabouts activity(s) to update with the ICC you must use the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’ available on the anti-doping section of the ICC website (www.icc-cricket.com). When updating your cricket whereabouts information using this form you can refer to the ‘How to complete the NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update Form – Players’ document for assistance, which is also available on the ICC website (www.icc-cricket.com). You may complete the update form either by hand using capital letters or electronically. Step 2 – Submission of the completed form A completed ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’, can be submitted to ICC antidoping via e-mail (
[email protected]) or via fax to the ICC confidential anti-doping fax +971 4 340 9336. If e-mailing, you will receive an automated response from ICC confirming receipt of your e-mail. If you do not receive a response from the ICC confirming receipt, your email has not reached the ICC. When faxing, please keep your confirmation receipt from the fax machine, stating the document was successfully faxed to +971 4 340 9336.

Note - All fields in the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’ are mandatory. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be accepted and will be returned for resubmission.
C. HOW DO I SUBMIT SINGLE URGENT CRICKET WHEREABOUTS UPDATES? Single cricket whereabouts activities can be updated on an urgent basis with the ICC, using the SMS facility or by sending the update via e-mail without completing the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’. Updates that are not urgent must not be sent via SMS. Only urgent updates should be sent via SMS or e-mail (without the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’). Only one change can be made per SMS. Using SMS for urgent updates The ICC provides an SMS facility that allows you to update your NPP cricket whereabouts information via SMS from a mobile number that is registered with ICC Anti-Doping. To register your mobile number with ICC Anti-Doping, please refer to the document ‘Registering a mobile number for NPP Cricket Whereabouts Updates’, which is available on the anti-doping section of the ICC website (www.icc-cricket.com). You are requested to register the mobile number that you travel with and usually have on ‘roaming’. After you have registered your mobile number with the ICC you can start to send only urgent updates to your cricket whereabouts information. Non-urgent and multiple updates should be made with the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’ . The SMS number to send your updates to is +46 737 494565
If updating information of an existing cricket whereabouts activity or submitting a new cricket whereabouts activity, the following information should be included:

If cancelling one of many cricket whereabouts activities for a specific day, please include the word ‘cancelled’ prior to the above listed information.
If all scheduled cricket activities have been cancelled for a specific day, indicate no cricket activity for the day (example: 20-12-2010 no cricket activity).
When your SMS reaches the ICC you will receive an automatic reply from ICC Anti-Doping confirming receipt of your SMS. If you do not receive the automatic reply from ICC Anti-Doping your message has not reached the ICC. Note: Only one urgent update to a cricket whereabouts activity can be sent per SMS. Sending urgent updates via e-mail Urgent updates to single cricket whereabouts activities can also be sent via e-mail to the ICC anti-doping e-mail (
[email protected]) without having to complete the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Update form – Player’.
