2016 Center Grove All Star State Championship July 15,16,17 General information This is an All-Star/Sunday Select Showcase level tournament only 8U/10U/12U absolutely no A/B travel teams. Teams classified as newly formed C, Sunday Select Showcase type will require proper vetting and must be approved by CGLL Board for participation. Any team found not to meet entry requirements will be removed from tournament and forfeit all entry fees without refund. 14U & 16/18U C level travel allowed
Gates will open at 730AM Saturday and Sunday. TBA Friday pending game schedules

o No grills permitted in park Game formats will be as follows – TBA 4GG Awards o Champion and runner up trophies will be awarded in each division Participation medals will be awarded to remaining teams in 8U/10U/12U Umpires o 8U one umpire pool play, one umpire bracket play o 10U/12U one umpire pool play, two umpires bracket play o 14U/16/18U two umpires pool play, two umpires bracket play Final rosters, registration, and proof of insurance if not submitted beforehand must be presented prior to play. o Team manager is to check in behind the concession stand upon arrival. o Copy of birth certificates/ state IDs must be on site if inspection required Warm up o We have limited space for warm up. Center Grove Middle School North is directly adjacent to our park. It is recommended location for team warm-ups o Batting cage is first come first serve. As a courtesy to other teams please limit use to 30 minutes o Every field will be in use at various times of day. D7 and D9 in the back of the park will not be used for every time slot. If those fields are open you may warm up in the outfield only. There are to be no players on the infield. o Prior to game only pitcher and catcher may be in the infield, and they must stay in the on deck areas. Overflow parking o Additional parking is available at Center Grove Middle School North which is directly adjacent to our park.
