The project is a large scale master plan and site design for a 4 km2 site. SWA has developed multiple schemes for the conceptual design phase of the project as property lines and program elements have evolved. Most of the site will be planned for a golf course with villas while other program elements include a “creative innovation center,” a “digital experience center,” three hotels, retail center, and high density residential development. The creative innovation center will include three major parts: a movie gallery, cultural and creative industries, and a flagship center.
