Ordinances, Ordinance No. 1601 Ordinance To Amend And Up Date Darlington County Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 46 (Purchasing) And Establish The Effective Date Of This Ordinance Chapter 46 of the Code of Ordinance governing purchasing and the procedural requirements for purchase has not been updated since 1984. The attached Ordinance No. 1601 is the current Chapter 46 governing purchasing including the updates and amendments. New text being added to the Code is printed in “Red” and text being deleted is printed in “Red Strike Through.”
