Saturday, October 1, 2011 Entry Form Registration is due by September 23, 2011 Your Name: -------------------Dogs Name: ~ _ Phone Number: -----------------Prizes will be awarded for: Best pet costume Best pet & owner look-a-like All dogs must be friendly around people and other dogs, you must have your dog on a leash and dogs are not permitted on the Festival Grounds. We can't wait to see you & your dog at the parade!! For additional information please contact Mariah or Jutta at 785-537-0351 Parade line up will start at 11:00am on Oak Street (next to Pat's Pawn Shop) or the last street on the left before going on Ft. Riley. There will be a Festival volunteer at the corner giving out line up numbers.
