All riders compete at their own risk. The event is run under ESNZ and NZPCA rules and guidelines. Non Pony Club members must complete an NZPCA Casual Member Form. Compulsory gear check for ALL levels for before each phase of competition. This is the rider’s responsibility. Back protectors must be worn during the Cross Country phase. No whips allowed for the Dressage phase except for First Start Level 3. No callers allowed for the Dressage phase except for First Start Level 3. Refunds only with a Doctor or Vet’s certificate once entries have closed. Henderson Valley Pony Club reserves the right to alter the programme at any stage. Strictly no dogs allowed on the grounds during the event. The draw will be available via Equestrian entries. Please consult the ESNZ Eventing Rules 1st August 2017 (version 5.6). Please consult the NZPCA First Start Regulations September 2017.
