Parents – Signing up for Snack Stand Team Duty on Team Calendar Our new website will allow coaches to create tasks under any game on the schedule. Parents can then sign up for these tasks or the coach can assign the tasks to you. You will get an email notification anytime the coach assigns you a task.

1) Go to www.harleysvillebaseball.org 2) Sign in with the account you registered your player with 3) Click on My Account

4) Click Visit Team Page

5) Click Calendar

6) Click Task Sign up

7) Scroll down – click show more to see more games – and find the date/game that shows tasks needed. Click the expand arrow.

8) Find an open shift you want to sign up for and click the … button Then choose Edit/Assign

9) In the pop up box, choose your name from the drop down list. Do not change anything else in the Task. Click the Save Item button and you can see the Task is now assigned to you.

10) You can remove yourself from the task anytime by coming back to this page and clicking the … button
