Welcome Sam Tuck was chairing the meeting in Jackie’s absence, and welcomed everyone to the meeting, main purpose of which is to make final arrangements for the ladies night scheduled on 6th November 2015. Minutes from last meeting Minutes from the last meeting were approved. Ladies Night Stall update: Handmade by Miley Mouse Allison Hilliard – Handmade bags and accessories New Skin – Kim Gough Bu Beautique Book People Bodyshop Wine and Water Last year we had 25 stalls. Nails by Katie are definitely coming – Emma to collect the booking form from them. It was noted we need more jewellery?? Action – please continue to chase potential stall holders and keep Jackie up to date. PTFA went through the check list from email to make sure everything had been actioned. AH has made posters – hopefully all got email.

To be posted on Spotted Long Eaton. Food - Discussion around food – is it worth doing? Pizzas were discussed as an option. We need to check if Mrs Singh is able to make samosas. It was agreed that no food would be served unless Mrs Singh provides samosas. Glasses - ST to collect wine glasses from Tesco. RH will return the glasses afterwards. If RH cannot return, VS can return the following Monday. Drink Measure – Large one needed – GB will sort. Ticket Rota – Discussed and agreed. Please see your ticket selling time. Setting up – Can anyone who is able to please stay please stay at 3.30pm to help set up on the day. Water or Wine – Please can PTFA members donate a bottle of wine for this stall. Thanks. Risley Fashion Show – Proposed for 15th April 2016. We will hold a meeting in March to discuss this further. New Letterhead – All confirmed they had received the new PTFA letterhead emailed out by MW. Dates for your Diary Ladies night – 6th November 2015 Christmas Discos – 11th December 2015 (Infants: 5.45pm-6.45pm, Juniors: 7pm - 8pm) Easter Disco – 18th March 2016 Fashion Show – 22nd April 2016 Summer Fair – 9th July 2016 AOB AH has finished the PTFA newsletter, which will be sent out tomorrow. A discussion around the current project name “campaign”. RH shared email sent to her and it was discussed. It was concluded that the PTFA didn’t feel fundraising project was a “campaign” and decided to continue to fundraise for the “on your marks project”. Date of next meeting The next PTA meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th November 2015 at 6pm. Main purpose of the meeting is to arrange the Christmas Discos. th
