Approval of Change Order 3 to Sludge Dewatering contract with Bowen Engineering increasing the guaranteed maximum price by $11,290.00 for cleaning of digester 2 and repair of sludge piping, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funded from Sewer bond issue) 7. Approval of Change Orders No. 1 & 2 to Banning Engineering’s existing agreement for an additional amount of $87,352.50 to perform expanded design scope and an alternative bid option for the Stafford-Ronald Reagan Parkway Dual Right Turn Lane project, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funded from the Six Points TIF) 8. Approval of an Agreement with Banning Engineering in the amount of $6,250 for a boundary and topographic survey of Moon Road Legacy Farms path, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funded from Park Impact Fee Fund) 9. Approval of the Contract with Target Solutions in the amount of $8,679 per the Fire Chief’s report. (Funded from ___) 10. Approval to enter into a contract with Fire Services, Inc. to purchase a replacement ambulance for the total price of $239,254 per the Fire Chief’s report. (Funded from Equipment Replacement Fund) 11. Approval of Change Order # 1 for additional rear light bar on new street sweeper in the amount of $1,350.00 per the Director of Public Works’ report.
