Second Reading of Ordinance No. 34-2017 - An Ordinance To Create The North Plainfield Economic Improvement District 5. Third Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 32-2017 – An Ordinance Establishing and Adopting a Conflict of Interest Policy 6. Approval of an MOU with LIT Industrial Limited Partnership committing the Town to complete certain sewer improvements and to provide $150,000 toward a new traffic signal at Airtech Parkway and Ronald Reagan Parkway in order to support the full scope of improvements deemed necessary for the GreenParke III development, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funding from Six Points TIF) 7. Approval to Request Proposals from qualified consultants for a 2018 update to the Town’s Thoroughfare Plan, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funding from I-70, SR-267, & US-40 TIFs) 8. Approval of Change Order Number 3 to the contract with Banning Engineering for design of the Stafford-Simmons Drainage Project, at a total cost of $29,500, providing for design of a wetlands mitigation project, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funding from Sewer Bond Fund) 9. Approval of Amendment Number 2 to the contract with Whitaker Engineering for design and inspection of the Butler Drive Sewer Lining Project, increasing design costs by $6,500 and decreasing inspection costs by $6,500 resulting in no net change in contract amount, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report.
