Approval to enter into a contract with FirstPerson HR to review employee compensation and benefit programs of the Town of Plainfield in January 2018. (Funded from General Fund) 5. Approval of the Scope of Services of the Year Two Continuation Project with The Retail Coach, LLC, pending legal review, per the Town Manager’s report. (Funded from EDIT) 6. Approval of the contract with Jeff Ellis & Associates, Inc. to provide professional aquatic safety and risk management services, pending legal review, per the Director of Parks and Recreation’s report. (Funded from Park Fund) 7. Approval of the retention incentive payment to Balkamp, Inc. per their Economic Development Agreement with the Town in the amount of $250,000 per the Town Manager’s report. (Funded from EDIT) 8. Approval to award a contract to Ray’s Demolition for an amount not to exceed $14,848 for removal of two residential structures at 2478 Medallion Court and 10047 Medallion Drive, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funded from Rainy Day) 9. Approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the BF&S existing design contract for Klondike Road for additional traffic engineering, survey, and roadway design, in the amount of $55,400 per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. (Funded from Rainy Day) 10. Approval to assign Bill Kirchoff, Tim Belcher, Scott Singleton, and Don McGillem to review Thoroughfare Plan proposals and provide a recommendation to Council for acceptance of the response which offers the best value to the Town. 11. Approval of Change Order Number 1 to the West Fork Interceptor contract with Kokosing Industrial in the amount of $959,591 for construction of the Center Street water main extension from Tower road to Franklin Park, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report.
