The Transit Authority of the City of Omaha d/b/a Metro hereby issues this Addendum to clarify and/or modify information from the solicitation document and distribute information to all interested parties prior to the due date. This addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and clarifies or supersedes the original documents dated November 11, 2014 and any prior Addenda. The proposer shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the form provided in Exhibit E of the solicitation. Included in this addendum: - Metro’s response to (1) Request for Clarification
