Proof of Residence Needed Next Steps for Families Based on information provided at the Coordinated Enrollment Fair, you do not have an electric, gas, or water bill in your name. We cannot finish processing your application without allowable “Proof of Residence” documentation. Please contact Iberia Parish Student Services to assist you in “Residence Verification” process. Location: 1500 Jane Street, New Iberia, LA 70560 When: Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Phone: (337) 365-2341 The following will be required when you go to Student Services: Driver’s License or State ID with current address Official copy of voter’s registration with current address OR Official change of address documentation from U.S. Post Office Homeowner must present driver’s license or state id with current address and current utility bill (electric, gas, or water) There is a $5.00 processing fee (CASH ONLY)
