Bulletin 58 EVENTS AT A GLANCE Tickets still available for this popular event held in the school hall. If you can’t get a whole team together please send in completed booking form and we will put teams together. Many thanks for all the cake donations for the opening morning on Saturday. There was a great atmosphere at school and the cakes went down a treat! A total of £165 was raised for the school. Thanks to Kate Newton who planned and co-ordinated the event and to the parents who volunteered their time to help serve refreshments. Finally, to quote Kate….
“Boys can eat 50 doughnuts in 2 minutes!”

Many thanks to everyone who attended the meeting on Monday 30th September. It was great to see lots of new parents and grandparents at the meeting A full update on the meeting will be in PTA Bulletin next week. PTA AGM date to be confirmed next week.

Please hand completed form and payment in an envelope to school reception by Tuesday 9th October and mark envelope “PTA School Quiz”. Please make cheques payable to Verulam PTA
On the night we will start off with a game of “Heads and Tails” please bring a £1 coin We will be holding a £5 raffle so please bring a £5 note – a chance to win a cash prize! Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks available from the Licensed Bar
