Referee Advanced Course

Referee Advanced Course Now that you have gained the experience necessary to referee the younger divisional matches, it is time to upgrade your badge. The Advanced course is designed to fine tune your abilities as the referee with game management based on the level of play and skills of the older players. Your knowledge of the Laws of the Game are essential with the Advanced Course, having extended focus on the offside law, properly handling misconduct as well as proper positioning and having the physical capabilities to keep up with play. Region 65 will be hosting a course held on October 16th and 18th. You must attend both days. Course will take place at Alta Loma Junior High School in the Art Room. 9000 Lemon Ave. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701 Friday 6 pm – 9:30 pm and Sunday 8 am – 3:30 pm. *Optional physical Fitness test will take place Sunday at 7am – 8am. Must wear comfortable clothing and shoes and arrive on time.

Bring note taking material and your water bottle as well as hardcopies of Laws of the Game. We will provide updated hardcopies as appropriate. Go to eAYSO.org and register under Roster Number 201503454 for the course. You will be e-mailed a Pre-test among other critical information necessary for the course.
