Release Your Blocks Check List Self: 1. What am I holding on to, that if I let go of I could get in action and be inspired? 2. What am I making myself wrong for? 3. What am I blaming myself for that if I just let go of this, I would be in action? 4. What excuses am I buying into right now? 5. What are two things I can do, right now that if I did them, it would change the course of my life forever and get me on track to living my dreams?

Others: 1. Who am I making wrong in my life and using as an excuse to stop me from living my dreams? 2. What am I thinking about the people in my life that is keeping me from feeling empowered? 3. Who am I resisting right now and giving the power to stop me from being all I can be? 4. Who am I protecting myself against… that if I really got honest, they are just doing the best they can and what they are doing is not personal? 5. What can I say, what action can I take, who do I need to call, who do I need to have a clean up conversation with, who do I owe an apology to that if I did it would free me up to have an amazingly productive day?

Situations: 1. How am I playing the victim role today? What am I pretending has power over me? What am I blaming for me not taking action on my most cherished dreams? 2. What have I been unwilling to accept and therefore pretending to be the victim of so that I don’t have to be responsible and do something that makes my life amazing? 4. How am I responsible for my life and what am I going to do right now to make sure my life turns out the way I want it to? 5. What action can I take to be the creator of my experience today? How can I align with my circumstances and make them work for me?
