We hope you had a wonderful holiday. A great big THANK YOU to everyone responsible for making the Thanksgiving Feast such a wonderful, memorable event. It is so heartwarming to see both young and old gather together and share time together. Thank you to all the parents who met with us for report card conferences. It was so nice to have the time to share with you our curriculum and how your child is doing in the classroom. For the next several weeks, we will work on holiday theme related activities. We will learn about Hanukkah, Christmas, Las Posadas and Kwanzaa. If you would like to come in and make a craft or share a tradition about your holiday, we would love to have you visit. Just jot me a note about a time that is good for you.

Our class won the Poetry for Peace contest. We won $25.00 for our class. We have purchased a solar system model for the classroom and a small Lego set. We also will have ice cream this week. We are very proud of this class.
