RMA Oklahoma Chapter Meeting Oil & Gas Luncheon Kyle Dean is the Associate Director of the Steven C. Agee Economic Research and Policy Institute at the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Dr. Dean is an experienced regional economist who specializes in regional economic modeling, cost-benefit analysis, impact analysis, and fiscal analysis. His models provide insight into the tax, environmental, growth, and income distribution consequences of specific public or private policies. He has provided analysis for some of Oklahoma’s most prominent institutions including the Oklahoma State Auditor’s Office, Oklahoma Bankers’ Association, Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, Inc., and the cities of Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Sand Springs and Ponca City. Lindsay Sherrer has spent over a decade working in the Oil and Gas industry; including upstream energy, midstream, and oilfield service. He has originated and executed transactions for publicly-traded, sponsor-owned, and privately-owned middle market companies in a variety of U.S. oil and gas basins. Projects include acquisitions, divestitures, equity/debt financings, and production payments. Lindsay joined Energy Spectrum Advisors (ESA) in 2011 with a primary focus on upstream and oilfield services divestitures. Prior to ESA, Lindsay served as the head of the Oklahoma City Energy Banking Group for BOK Financial and served in various banking roles for both Tulsa and the Appalachian regions. Lindsay was a studentathlete at Oklahoma State University and earned his BS and MBA from the Spears School of Business and graduated as the top MBA student of the class of 2001.

Welcome to Spring The RMA Oklahoma Chapter is opening spring of 2014 with a chapter meeting on April 10. Come join your fellow risk management professionals and learn what bankers should know about the oil and gas industry and how it affects banking and the economy. Making this presentation we have the two experienced presenters to the left. This presentation will mainly be over the oil and gas industry and how it affects the local economy. However it will also touch on topics such as financing oil and gas businesses. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
