• A full closure of Shields Street (south of Elizabeth) will be required from February 25 – March 19, 2017: * Business accesses will be open and signed accordingly * The Moby driveway at Elizabeth will be open * Detour routes will be signed along Prospect, College, Mulberry, and Taft Hill * Bicycle and pedestrian crossings of Shields Street will be accommodated at the intersection with Elizabeth during this phase • Various lane closures can be expected on Elizabeth, west of Shields from February – August 2017 • Allow for extra travel time in and around the intersection during construction. Speeds will be slower with more congestion in the area

• 3 Major road closures along Prospect: * Feb 13th through March 2 – Remington intersection CLOSED * Feb 13th through March 19th – East leg of intersection CLOSED – Prospect Road, eastbound and westbound, from College to Remington * March 19th through April 16th – Westbound Prospect CLOSED – Remington to RR tracks west of College • From mid-April through early July there will be daily lane closures to complete the construction. • Allow for extra travel time through and around this intersection from February through July 2017 • Detour routes along Drake, Mulberry, Riverside and Lemay
