ROAD CLOSURE AND REMOVAL OF HIGHWAY DEDICATION BYLAW NO. 4018

A Bylaw to close a laneway and remove a highway dedication. ______________________________________________________________________________ The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication Bylaw, 2017, No. 4018".

Administration 2.

That the portion of Lot 105, Plan 37752; Parcel “124”, Reference Plan 64903; District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster District shown outlined in heavy black line on Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby closed to traffic.

3.

The Highway Dedication of the parcel described in Section 2 of this Bylaw is hereby removed.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of May, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of May, 2017. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of May, 2017.
