Rules & Regulations All Star Prep An All Star Prep Team is defined by United Cheer and Dance Foundation as a team composed of members who do not cheer on a “full year” team in a season. These teams are usually new to the sport of cheerleading, or are High School/Pop Warner cheerleaders who do not have the time commitment of a “full year” team.
