Step 1 — Screen
Remove the back cover
Step 2
Remove battery
Remove the SIM Card and the MicroSD card (If one is installed).

Remove the 9 Philips #00 screws (marked in red)
Step 4
Remove the midframe.

Disconnect the following ribbon cables from the motherboard:
The digitizer and LCD assembly
Headphone Jack and Earpiece
Daughter board flex cable.
Antenna connector
Step 6
Remove the motherboard by using the plastic prise tool.

Remove the daughterboard.
1 x Philips screw
Flex cable is glued, so exercise extreme caution, as excessive force can damage the cable. Step 8
Remove audio jack

Disconnect digitizer
Step 10
Heat the screen. Move it around so you don't burn the LCD!
Store the screws in an appropriate location, so as you don't lose them.

Push the speaker outwards so as it is released.
Remove the cracked digitizer
You may apply more heat if needed.
