Education Center & 4-H Park 300 Finchville Turnpike Otisville, NY Directions to the Education Center & 4-H Park 300 Finchville Turnpike, Otisville, NY 10963 Traveling from Interstate Rte. 84: Exit 3 - Middletown & NY Rte. 17M . Left at 2nd light onto Co. Rte. 78. Left at 3rd light onto Mt. Hope Road (Co. Rte. 11). Follow 4.5 miles to blinking light (Mt. Hope Convenience Store). Bear right at light. Pass School 1.2 miles on the left, and make next left onto Finchville Turnpike. Watch for signs, which will direct you to the Park.
