Hello Rewards launched Dec. 15 Email sent to members on Dec. 17 announcing launch of program. Additional perks for guests to be announced in January. Hello Rewards Computer Based Training 76% of required associates have completed training as of Dec. 26. Imperative that the required associates complete the training. Serenata CRM Integration An important component of RevPak. Provides the foundation of having a healthy relationship with the customer.
