SCAN ‘N CUT APPLIQUE PROJECTS Supply List This class is to help you improve your “scanning” skills, mainly for machine appliqué or machine embroidered appliqué. We will work on welding, unifying, getting rid of trash and more. The patterns used are seasonal, two for Halloween and one for Christmas. Some fabrics will be in a kit for a small fee. **Must have taken Scan ‘n Cut Basics to take this class!! Bring: Brother Scan ‘N Cut Machine with power cord and accessories Scanning Mat White-out (tape or liquid) Cutting Mat(s) Fusible Web--your choice Painter’s tape, perfection tape, adhesive spray One of the following patterns required: “Haunted House” by PatchAbilities “To You, From Me” by PatchAbilities “ My Table” by Disa Designs We will be using patterns from these, and for copyright protection you must own one of the patterns. All will be available for you to order/purchase at 25% off! Fabrics: For Witch House: 9” X 18” background blue and others as listed on pattern back For “Spooky” Mug Mat--Background orange plus cream and black For Christmas--White on white background (9” X 22) and others listed on pattern back If you want a kit--just bring ¼ yard of black and ¼ yard of orange and the other fabrics will be available as a kit. We will be scanning, cutting and positioning your designs onto the backgrounds to be ready for appliqué--we will not stitch the appliqué at this class. They are fun designs and you will be able to finish them quickly!
