A   smart   image   is   an   essential   part   of   school   life,   in   preparation   for   employment.     The   acceptance   of   a   place   at   Rednock   is   an   acceptance   of   the  school  uniform  requirements  as  the  school  takes  pride  in  the  appearance  and  conduct  of  its  students.    Students  should  have  pride  in   their   own   appearance   and   behaviour   at   all   times.     We   therefore   reserve   the   right   to   prohibit   unsuitable   fashions   /   styles   of   dress   and   personal  appearance.       The  Rednock  School  Uniform  (sweatshirt  &  PE  kit)  can  be  obtained  from  Trutex  -‐  Stroud  either  by  visiting  the  store  in  Merrywalks  Shopping   Centre,  Stroud,  by  telephone  -‐  01453  751133  or  online  –  www.stroud.trutex.com     The  uniform  should  be  worn  throughout  the  school  day,  unless  in  PE,  and  students  should  adhere  to  the  following  summary:     ·∙  No  logos  are  to  be  displayed  on  items  of  clothing;   ·∙  Tracksuit  tops,  hoodies,  denim  or  leather  jackets  are  not  allowed;   ·∙  Trainers,  gym  shoes,  trainer  socks  and  boots  are  not  allowed;   ·∙  No  caps,  hats  or  other  headwear  is  permitted  in  school;   ·∙  Jewellery  must  not  be  worn  to  school  with  the  exception  of  a  watch  or  plain  studs  -‐  one  in  each  ear;  no  ‘stretchers’  or  ‘spiky  earrings’  allowed;   ·∙  No  rings  or  studs  are  allowed  in  any  part  of  the  body,  other  than  the  ears.     It  is  the  students’  responsibility  to  ensure  they  conform  to  the  standard  of  dress  required  by  the  school.    Students  may  be  sent  home  if   unsuitable  garments  cannot  be  removed  or  a  replacement  found  within  school.
