Spring is in the air! The beautiful light tones and flowery prints adorn the store and make us all think Spring and Summer. The timing is perfect as all the flowers are popping outside and our wonderful new floral fabrics are in full bloom inside! We're gearing up for warm weather and of course that puts us in the mood for that magical time of year when even the big guy trades in his heavy coat for a swim suit! That's right it will soon be looking a lot like Christmas in July. We also look forward to another retreat. The Sun-Sational Retreat to be exact! Further information can be found on the 3rd page of the newsletter. And don't hesitate to call in with your questions. Help us make the Spring and Summer of 2016 one for the books!

With some schools eliminating their sewing programs, this is a great opportunity for the skill to be learned. We are taking suggestions of times that would work best for your schedules. Once we recieve this information Susie will determine the best times for the classes.

It would look great in juvenile prints for a child or from fabrics that will give it a more sophisticated look. We will introduce you to time-saving shortcuts, show you how to use the tools that quilters love as well as teach you to layer, bind, and machine quilt. The first session will be devoted to discussing needed supplies and selecting your fabric.
