Meeting aims The network aims to create a support network in which schools share ideas and effective practice and discuss issues surrounding Disadvantaged Learners. We will focus on practical solutions to common challenges and gain expert advice and guidance from leading professionals and school-based practitioners.

At every meeting we will strive to    

Maximise the use of colleagues’ time Focus on core business of teaching, leadership and improving student outcomes Promote practices that have an evidence base to support their impact Allow members’ needs and priorities to shape network activity

Pre-meeting: Send in any top tips, strategies or interventions that have worked as a summary / flash card to be shared / discussed at the carousel / speed dating session.

Open discussion: current Disadvantaged strategies and what the group would like from a network.
