You can use fabric from your stash at home or purchase fabric at Sew Sweet. YOU DECIDE. We LOVE Paula Dean and all her wonderful recipes. We will be making the CUTEST little Carry All for you sewing goodies. This bag has a pocket for patterns, books, etc and a clear plastic pocket so that you can see your goodies inside... perfect for scissors, thread, needles, pens, etc.
We will be working on the On the Whim Quilt. You will be creating 15” blocks. We will work on creating as many blocks as we can in the paula party class time. This Quilt is Fat quarter Friendly!

The Wonder WOOL Girls MEET and with a MEAL! The Wonder Wool Girls will meet in the Sew Sweet Classroom for a day of working with wool. You can bring any wool project and enjoy the comfort of working in a group in our classroom. This project is OPEN to all skill levels... we will be ready to teach the basics of working with Wool. Jessica and Jeanette are joining the FUN! Take a LOOK at Jessica's latest Wool Pattern Project... Class Date: Saturday, September 22 Class Time: 10am-3pm Class Fee: $15.00 (includes a FREE YUMMY MEAL and an open class instruction on the use of WOOL)
Twilling with Pauline Quigley... In this class you will learn twilling. Twilling is an old fashioned stitch that adds a lot to any project. It is very easy to do and also very addictive. Once you learn the technique the possibilities are endless. Class Date: Saturday, August 25 Class Time: 10am – 2pm Class Fee: $15.00 (supplies to learn will be furnished by Pauline. Supplies will be ready for purchase at Sew Sweet Quilt shop for take home twilling).
Quarterly Treats with Bev You will be creating a table runner from the fast and furious family book. Taking a class with BEV is super fun so SIGN UP TODAY!

New $8.00 Quilt CLUB! The $8.00 Quilt Club is the same thing as the Saturday Sampler just with an updated name. The $8.00 Quilt Club will start on 2nd Saturday in September, 2012. The RULES - You must come to class time at 10:30am or 11:30am and bring the previous month completed block – listen to us talk for about 20 minutes, watch show and tell and pick up your next month block for FREE. The Tuesday (notice the calendar with Summer Hours) following 2 nd Saturday is Rain Check Day - you can bring your completed block on Rain Check Day and pick up the next block for FREE. No big punishment if you can't come on 2nd Saturday or Tuesday Rain Check – you will just buy your next block for $8.00. The GOOD NEWS! If you come to 2nd Saturday each month at 10:30am or 11:30am (or Tuesday Rain Check Day) YOU will have 12 blocks for only $8.00! A GREAT DEAL! The SIGN UP DETAILS – You pay $16.00 to sign up for the 2nd Saturday Sampler. The $16.00 is payment for your 1st month block and the cost of us printing your pattern each month. The Quilt DETAILS – The Quilt is named the Bakers Dozen. Twelve of the FANTASTIC Moda Fabric Designers have created a 12 inch finished block and recipe (some food and some just funny). The Block Pattern and Recipe will come to you each month as a recipe card.. The 12 blocks will have directions for 2 different finishing methods. If you choose to follow the finishing methods given to you your quilt will finish at 80”x 80”. Each month block will be a SURPRISE to you... a sort of mystery! You will know the color range... we are offering 2 different color choices. The Modern color way is going to be fabric by Bonnie and Camille from Moda Fabric (agua blue, red, pink, white – LOOK for TAGS AT SEW SWEET QUILT SHOP). The Traditional color way is going to be fabric by Brannock and Patek from Moda Fabric (brown, burgundy, navy blue, - LOOK FOR TAGS AT SEW SWEET QUILT SHOP). You NEED TO DO – Pick your color choice – Modern is Bonnie and Camille or Traditional is Brannock and Patek. SIGN up by paying $16.00 and being added to the sign up list (space is limited so sign up EARLY).
