Serger Machine 3 or 4 threads (up and running, clean and serviced, with new needles) Sewing machine straight stiches (up and running, clean and serviced, with new needles) Sewing machine feet Regular straight stitch foot Button hole foot Button foot Rolled Hem foot Notions Measuring tape only (no rulers to measure curves) Tailor chalk white – blue Box of pins we are going to need a lot of them for fittings, please bring a new box Hand sewing needles minimum 4 Basting thread (it is white cone of cotton thread) Thimble if you want Fabric scissors Paper scissors Pattern paper 1 roll of 10 yard for the entire year Thread trimmer Seam ripper Thread matching the color of your fabric Wash away Wonder Tape Wonder Clips small Fray check Sewer’s aid Kwik Sew K3555 misses K3586 plus size Clear elastic 1 yd. (approximately) Fabric ½ yard of any fabric to learn different sewing’s applications ½ yd. interfacing iron on Note: Bring your Blouse cut out and put together with basting stiches (by hand or machine) ready to do a fitting and sew With the exception of the sleeves, collar, cuffs, pockets (We are not designing a style, cutting patterns or fabric in class) This club will be offered on first Tuesdays of each month from 6:30 pm. to 9:30 pm 2016 to 2017 Teacher will provide handouts when it is need it.
