 Cliff Avenue  Terrace Avenue  Completely transform SBR  According to the Master Plan, adopted in April 2009  Over 20 public workshops  Council/Planning Commission Meetings  Art in the Park  Pacific Breezes  Bus Tour  SBIG Meetings  Etc 6

 Public input was received on:  Design and placement of street furniture  Design and placement of trash and recycle bins  Design, placement and length of bulb-outs  Design and placement of the multi-use trail  Type of landscaping  Sidewalk treatments  Bollard lighting

The project will  Underground overhead utilities  Upgrade the water line  Install new street lights, benches, trash cans and recycle bins  Construct a multimodal path along the east (freeway) side of SBR  Construct an 8 foot wide sidewalk with ADA improvements on the west (business) side of SBR  Install traffic calming bulb-outs which will also provide pedestrian refuge and landscaping opportunities  Construct new parking lot on SBR (Capistrano/Wamona) 8
