Preparation • Garlic Soaking Sauce: garlic 50g, KNORR Mala Chilli Liquid Seasoning 20g, sugar 50g and black vinegar 50g. 1. Wash red frog crabs and coat them with a little flour. Fry in a pan until they turn golden and crisp. 2. Saute half of the ingredients and put red frog crabs and all seasoning in the pan. Continue to stir fry all ingredients until their taste comes out. 3. Add the other half of ingredients and cook with large fire. Pour suitable amount of garlic soaking sauce in the pan and serve the dish on a plate.
