Points will not be awarded to retailers earning fewer than 5,000 points on product sales. SipcamAdvantage Points: If a participant earned points in the 2015 SipcamAdvantage Rewards Program, any unused points will roll over into the 2016 SipcamRotam ADVANTAGE Program. If a participant does not qualify for the 2016 ADVANTAGE Program, any unused points will expire September 30, 2017, after which time they cannot be redeemed. SipcamRotam ADVANTAGE Points Expiration: If a participant earns points in the 2016 SipcamRotam ADVANTAGE Program, any unused points will roll over into 2017. Rewards Program
Reward Recipients: Prizes can be awarded to individuals or businesses. Product sales can only be claimed one time. If multiple individuals are enrolled, sales summary reports or invoices must be assigned by program participant. Otherwise, points will be equally divided among all enrolled participants per location. All sales will be verified before points are issued. Reward Options: Rewards can only be redeemed for points earned, and for products available in the awards catalog. Tax Implications: Rewards cannot be issued without a Social Security Number, or a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). An IRS Form 1099 will be issued when any individual or business receives prizes valued at $600 or more (or minimum amount set by the United States Internal Revenue Service) in a given calendar year. SipcamRotam LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this program, its rule structure, and reward options at any time, without prior notice. SipcamRotam LLC reserves the right to audit and adjust claims accordingly. All earnings will be forfeited if program records are determined to be false or fraudulent. All decisions made by SipcamRotam LLC with respect to program administration and implementation, including calculation of incentive points, will be final.
How To Report Your Growers’ Purchases Simply provide qualifying purchase information, including sales report or invoice, indicating grower and/or farm name, address, city, state, ZIP, invoice number, invoice date, and product(s) and quantity purchased, as well as retailer name, address, city, state, and ZIP.
