Step 1 — Apply heat
Apply heat to the edges.
When the glue is warm slowly start prying from the top corner.

Step 3 — Add more heat if necessary
If the glue is cooled down heat more. Don't force it.
Remove the data cable from the phones body.

Step 5 — Testing new screen
Test if the new screen works properly.
If the screen works, remove the new screen and add the double sided tape

Step 7 — Connecting new screen
Connect the new screen to the phone.
Now push town not to tight not to softly to the screen.
