WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, D.L.Couch Source One Upholstery products meet or exceed ACT (Association for Contract Textiles) quality and performance standards. Additional fabric finishes applied after purchase will void any D.L.Couch warranty. D.L.Couch guarantees that Source One upholstery textiles, polyurethanes, and vinyl seating will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions, during single shift operations, with proper maintenance and for the purpose intended: • For a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase for standard high performance upholstery products and upholstery products over 50,000 Wyzenbeek double rubs with an added impermeable finish. • For a period of three (3) years from date of purchase for upholstery products that meet all general contract textile requirements in accordance with ACT standards, for panel textiles, and wrapped panel textiles. •No warranty is given for any other products. D.L.Couch’s warranty will be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of the fabric with an agreed upon replacement, and does not include any labor costs. This warranty does not cover: (a) a guarantee of exact dye lot matches to samples (b) installation contrary to D.L.Couch’s installation guidelines or proper installation practices; (c) damage caused by mold or mildew; (d) reverse crocking; (e) improper use; (f) improper cleaning or maintenance; (g) improper storage or handling; (h) use of incompatible or unspecified adhesive, materials, tools or equipment; (i) inadequacies or defects in building design or constructions; and (j) any other damage or abuse due to external causes unrelated to any D.L.Couch product defect. Colorfastness to ultraviolet light is also excluded as conditions of usage may vary. This warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable. Warranty-related claims must be submitted in writing to D.L.Couch within above stated warranty period from the date of invoice. Please email [email protected] or contact your D.L.Couch sales representative with any claims submitted under this warranty. D.L.Couch reserves the right to require samples or photographs of the material in question before processing the claim. Warranty Disclaimers The above express warranties are the exclusive warranties given by D.L.Couch. All other warranties express or implied, are expressly disclaimed, including without limitation as to merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose or use or otherwise.
