LASSITER STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING 2017 Coach Tony Brown and Lassiter High School athletics would like to introduce our new Strength & Conditioning and Speed & Agility programs. We heard the feedback and have structured these programs to meet your demands: (a) Strength training for the older kids, but speed and agility workouts for the younger ones; and (b) for the older kids who are playing other sports, make it at a time where there won’t be conflict with games and practices. These programs are for everyone and anyone! Beginners and girls welcome! Our goal is to develop non-sport specific athletic ability and strength.

Speed and Agility Rising 3rd through 8th grades Cost: $200 Tuesday and Thursday Times: 6:00 – 7:00 pm Dates: January 10 to April 20, 2017 (no workout when school is closed for holiday \ vacation)

Strength and Conditioning Evening Session Rising 7th through 9th grades Cost: $250 Tuesday and Thursday Times: 7:00 – 8:00 pm Dates: January 10 to April 20, 2017 (no workout when school is closed for holiday \ vacation) Morning Session A special morning session for rising 8th and 9th only Cost: $250, Optional $20 for Milk and PBJ recovery snack Monday and Wednesday (Please arrange transportation back to your school) Times: 7:00 – 7:50am (PRIOR TO SCHOOL to allow students to get to school for intramurals) Dates: January 9 to April 19, 2017 (no workout when school is closed for holiday \ vacation)

Combo Program $425 if your student wants to participate in both Speed & Agility and Strength & Conditioning Middle School students will work out with Coach Brown in programs that are designed to prepare the athletes for the weightlifting programs they will utilize in their high school sports.
