Spirit Program Appearance Request Form Thank you for your interest in the Rutgers University Spirit Program. In an effort to service the numerous requests we receive, we ask that you please fill out the following form completely and submit a minimum of four weeks in advance. Your submission of this form represents a REQUEST only and does not guarantee an appearance. Requests will be fulfilled based upon availability. You will be invoiced following the completion of the event. Changing room and water must be provided. A restroom cannot be used for a changing room. We ask that you please do not promote an appearance by the Rutgers Spirit Program until the request has been confirmed. Rutgers Athletics events have precedent over events through our request program. Thank you for your interest in Rutgers Athletics!

☐ University appearance: $100 (2-hour maximum) ☐ Non-University events/ non-profit organizations: $200 (2-hour maximum) ☐ Corporate and personal events: $350 (2-hour maximum) ☐ High Point Solutions Stadium football game day tailgate appearance by Scarlet Knight AND Cheer/ Dance: $500 (20-minute appearance maximum. Specific rules apply. Please call for specifics.)
