2017 Lacrosse Sponsorship Form The Perdido Bay Youth Sports Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support, education and development of good citizenship for the youth in our community through organized sports. Our goal is to educate and develop each individual’s own character, self-esteem, attitude and sportsmanship with adult leadership providing the example. We invite you to participate as a sponsor for the Perdido Bay Rays Lacrosse program. Your company will receive a tax-deductible letter of charitable contribution for your taxes (upon request). PBYSA is a 501-C3 tax exempt non-profit corporation. We would like to thank you for your support and assure you that your contribution will be spent solely for direct financial support of the Perdido Bay Rays Lacrosse program within PBYSA. All monies will be used exclusively for the sports activities associated with this growing program.
