Athletic Trainer Joe Trujillo Workout with Joe to get ready for the spring season. Joe is focusing on several aspects of spring sports: baseball pitcher throwing progressions, footwork for track and field athletes, and vertical jump improvements for sand volleyball. Weights, flexibility, and sport specific movements will be incorporated.
