Stanley L. Pryor Executive Director, Unified Solutions Tribal Community Development Group, Inc. Stanley L. Pryor is the Executive Director of Unified Solutions Tribal Community Development Group, Inc. and Project Director of the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Tribal Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) Center. In this role, Pryor supports OVC‘s Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) grantees in Purpose Areas 6 and 7 (i.e., Children’s Justice Act Partnerships and Comprehensive Tribal Victim Assistance Program) in developing privacy certificates, community needs assessments, logic model, and strategic plans. Pryor’s hands-on Tribal expertise, in combination with his experience in managing federal government contracts, cooperative agreements, and grants assist Tribal communities in bridging the gap with federal agencies. Pryor has a Master’s degree in Administration and over 40 years of experience in developing and providing training to non-profit agencies and federal, state, and local governments serving vulnerable populations. Previously, Pryor was the Director of the OVC Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC) and provided T&TA on building capacity, strategic planning, and program sustainability to victims programs throughout the country.
