Stitching News Free Motion Quilting with Pat LaPierre Friday, October 13 9:30-3:00 Pat will take the mystery out of Free Motion Quilting and make it fun. Pat’s classes fill up quickly, so don’t hesitate to secure your spot. Trapunto, fr om the Italian for " to quilt," is a method of quilting that is also called "stuffed technique." A puffy, decorative feature, trapunto utilizes at least two layers, the underside of which is slit and padded, producing a raised surface on the quilt.
