Vice President’s Report Tryout skills clinics - tentatively starting on September 16th Travelling boys tryouts – first or second weekend in October Initiation skills and evals have not been set yet
President’s Report Dryland Facility – Tony Christensen taking lead on Dryland Facility. Arena/Feasibility study – Findings didn’t show enough need. Adam Smiglewski meeting with city councils. They need to see/hear the need from people in the community, outside of hockey. Friends, neighbors to call/email questioning why STMANWC hockey players have to travel for practices. Referendum possible – School Improvement Fund
Committee Reports HOC Report Acceleration Sports Training to bring in treadmill to dryland facility. Acceleration to staff treadmill. Request a 2 year lease. $8.22 per kid, per session, 90 minute session. Approval needed to continue to move forward. Brent/Nate Executive Board to review and sign contract. New Goaltenders Clinic - June

Coordinator’s Reports Coaching – Brent Evenson Level 4 CEP to be held in St. Cloud on 5/18/13 at Kelly Inn District 5 Liaison – Paul Berning No Report Initiation – Becky Rogalski/Eric Kindgren Recruitment efforts include going to Kindergarten Open Houses Flyers going out to grades 1-3 at Elementary schools (see attached) New player in person registration (and open skate for new players) is August 24th from 9-12 at the STMA Arena. We will have vendors there again Squirt – Kari Wise Probably looking at 6 Squirt teams PeeWee – Sam Rasmussen No Report Bantam – Matt Fitch Looking into competitive tourney and “road shows” Girls – Nate Allen Chad B – Monticello Moose Girl Coordinator Co-op options with Buffalo at 14B level Gemini Jerseys approved. High School Boys and Girls No Report Junior Gold No Report Registration –Kristen Huber/Jess VanKuyk Registration will be open July 1-August 17th A $50 late fee WILL be charged to returning families that register late New player in person registration (and open skate for new players) is August 24th from 9-12 at the STMA Arena Fundraising – Tammy Tupper Knight to Remember 2013 made $500 Knight to Remember 2014 planning starting soon. Chair people are Brian Hanson and David Berg Need lots of people! Discussed no mandatory fundraisers again for 2013-2014 season
