SUNY Oneonta Softball Clinic When: Sunday, September 11, 2016
Time: Registration 9:30am Camp 10am-3pm Where: SUNY Oneonta Softball Field (or Alumni Fieldhouse in case of inclement weather) Cost: $60.00 per camper Open to girls age 13 and up
The SUNY Oneonta Softball Clinic is intended for all girls ages 13 and up to improve their softball skills. Campers will be instructed by the coaches and players from the SUNY Oneonta Softball team. The Clinic will focus on developmental instruction for two defensive positions and hitting. Pre-registration is recommended but not required. Please fill out the registration form and mail it to the address below along with $60.00 payment. Checks should be made payable to: SUNY Oneonta Softball. No refunds will be given without medical documentation stating camper is unable to participate in the clinic.

ABOUT THE COACHES: Head Coach Sara Headley Headley concluded her third season as the head coach at SUNY Oneonta. The Red Dragons won the SUNYAC Championship in her first season at the helm. Oneonta has accumulated a 77-42 record in her first three seasons.
Assistant Coach John Speranzi Speranzi enters his 28th season with the SUNY Oneonta Softball program in 2016-2017. He earned his 500th win as an assistant against Geneseo in 2014, placing him in an elite group amongst Division III assistant coaches.
Headley has coached 44 All-Conference, 13 NFCA All-Region, six Daktronics All-Region and two Daktronics All-Americans in her career. She began her head coaching career at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA after serving as an assistant coach at Florida International University in Miami, FL and Augusta State University in Augusta, GA.
Pitching Coach Katie Finch As a member of the Cortland softball team, Finch was a three-time NFCA All-American and four-time NFCA All-Region selection. She was the SUNYAC Pitcher of the Year three times and was the ECAC Division III Upstate New York Pitcher of the Year twice during her career.
