The Cascade School District has an opening for a K-12 Superintendent starting July 1, 2018. The District is looking for a Superintendent with strong leadership and communications skills, and who can lead the District into the future. Cascade Public Schools is a Class C school district located on the Missouri River, adjacent to I-15, within 30 minutes of Great Falls. If you are a Principal with aspirations of being a Superintendent, we encourage you to apply.

Completed MTSBA application form (mtsba.org) and signed release. Letter of application. Resume. A minimum of three (3) letters of professional reference. Copy of Montana Class III Administrative Certificate showing Superintendent endorsement or information demonstrating ability to obtain such a certificate. Go to www.opi.mt.gov and click on Educator Licensure tab for information on in-state certification. 6. Copy of college transcripts. 7. Supplemental Questions: The Board of Trustees will consider the form, content, and style of your responses. Please limit response to each question to two hundred and fifty (250) words or less: i. The community has a diverse population with a broad span of interest in local education efforts. In reaching out to the different constituencies, both within the school system and throughout the community, what is your vision and method to ensure focus upon quality education and higher student achievement. ii. Cascade Schools holds high standards in areas of supervision of employees and students, delegation of responsibilities, and financial planning for the District. Explain in detail your knowledge and involvement of the topics listed above.

The Cascade Public School District encompasses the Southwest portion of Cascade County Montana along the beautiful Missouri River. Cascade Public Schools comprises 180 square miles and serves approximately 300 students from the Ulm, Deep Creek, Cascade, Craig, and Wolf Creek areas.
